Empire star Amanda Detmer was arrested on Sunday at 9:38 p.m. PT, ET can confirm.
According to the Chico Police Department, Detmer, who plays Tracy on Empire, was arrested on DUI charges after allegedly fleeing the scene of an accident. The the 48-year-old actress allegedly crashed her car into a utility pole before driving off.
Detmer has since been released, ET can confirm.
Page Six cites Butte County, California, court records stating Detmer was charged with speeding in 2014 and unsafe speed in 2004. Read More...

The cast of the '80s sitcom, Facts of Life, is coming back together for the holidays, appearing in Lifetime's festive new film, You Light Up My Christmas. Actresses Kim Fields, Lisa Whelchel, Mindy Cohn and Nancy McKeon all star in the upcoming film, airing on Dec. 1.
Fields, 50, also executive produced the project, which is part of the network’s It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday programming lineup.
